Last updated: October 12, 2026. These terms govern the use of Mondodeck, an online collectible card game published by MONDODECK. By creating an account, you accept them.
1. Early access
Mondodeck is in early access. The game is evolving: features are added and others change, such as pack odds or card balance. Errors may occur. We do everything we can to keep your collection from one version to the next.
2. Minimum age
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. By ticking the box provided at sign-up, you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 15, we delete it.
3. Your account
You sign in with a link sent by email, or with Google, Apple or Discord. Your account is personal: you are responsible for its use and for access to your email address. Each person may have only one account.
You can delete your account at any time from the settings. Deletion erases your account, your collection and your history. It is permanent.
4. Free play and virtual items
The game is free. Packs recharge over time, and bonus packs reward your day streak and your daily missions.
Cards, packs and other in-game items are virtual. You have a personal right to use them, within the game only, without owning them. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not refundable.
Buying or selling accounts, cards or other in-game items for real money is prohibited. If purchases are ever offered, their terms will be set out before any payment.
5. Username, avatar and profile
Your username must follow the rules of conduct. You can change it once every 30 days. A username found to break these terms is removed, and you choose another one.
Your profile is private by default. If you make it public, anyone with the link can see your username, your avatar, your showcase, your collection figures and your leaderboard rank, as well as your full collection if you allow it. Your username and avatar appear on the leaderboard.
6. Rules of conduct
You must not:
- choose a username or post content that is hateful, violent, sexual, insulting or discriminatory, or that impersonates a person or the Mondodeck team;
- cheat, including with bots, scripts, exploits or multiple accounts;
- harass other players or misuse the “Report” button;
- disrupt the service or bypass its protections.
If you find a vulnerability, report it to contact@mondodeck.com without exploiting it.
7. Moderation and sanctions
If you break these rules, we may, depending on the severity, remove a username or content, restrict access to some features, suspend your account or delete it. Except in emergencies or where the law requires otherwise, we tell you the decision and the reasons for it.
You can contest a decision by writing to contact@mondodeck.com. A member of the team will then review your request.
8. Encyclopedic content
Cards are taken from Wikipedia and Wikidata at a given date. They may contain errors or be out of date. The presence of a person, event or work in the game is not a judgment about them.
Painful subjects, such as genocides and terrorist attacks, are treated with respect: their cards can be collected but not played. Also out of respect, some religious subjects are not included in the game, and others have no figurative image.
To report an error on a card, write to contact@mondodeck.com.
9. Intellectual property
Mondodeck, its logo, the card design and the game’s code belong to MONDODECK. Texts from Wikipedia remain under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, and images under their own license: you may reuse them in accordance with those licenses.
You may freely share, for personal use, the card images the game generates for sharing.
10. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the game available and reliable, but cannot guarantee it at all times, especially during maintenance, an outage or an update. To the extent permitted by law, MONDODECK is not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, especially when new features arrive. For any significant change, we will notify you in the game before it applies. If you do not accept the new terms, you can delete your account.
12. Personal data
How we process your data is described in the privacy policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, please write to us first at contact@mondodeck.com: we will look for an amicable solution.
You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
